On leaving the water, her father declared 'I mean it, let's do it! Let's get out tonight!'

Sally is sure, she's pure carnivore

Gonna do it, gonna make it on time

(with determination)

She won't be overcome by the moment,

with genetics and cosmetics on her side

(it's her conviction)

I thought about a possible future,

the good life in the midnight sun

(utopia vision)

Take nothing for granted her father once told me

Believe me, I've been there, I've learnt how to run
