the special meaning of our word

we cannot say it's understood
how to do the best we can
but even if we really could
there is always another “then”

hunting shades of what we want
dashing against our bad nerves

mocking stars out of the past
their orientation forms the end
everything gets much too vast
but maybe just by accident

possibilities of our world
meeting in a point of view
making everything absurd
constructed by another you
after all the same is new

explanations fake a sense
their schemes destruct their own frame
after all there's no defense
without denying every blame
