Letra de Conversations Close

I felt the light sting my eyes
And all my conversations came to close
And so I laid down to contemplate the night
Where my body eventually reposed
And I woke in an abandoned field
In the middle of a park
And the grass had frozen over
Last night must have been colder than I thought
And so I stood up one foot over the other
Until I could clearly stand
And then I took a good look at the place I'd awoken
The place I'm sure my heart was broken again
But, it was beautiful in some ironic way
You wouldn't understand
The scenery was barren
But, the building had some character in him
So, I said goodbye to the mark I left
In the ground where I had laid
'Cause I'm sure there is importance
In every single rip, tear and grass stain
And all my conversations came to close
And so I laid down to contemplate the night
Where my body eventually reposed
And I woke in an abandoned field
In the middle of a park
And the grass had frozen over
Last night must have been colder than I thought
And so I stood up one foot over the other
Until I could clearly stand
And then I took a good look at the place I'd awoken
The place I'm sure my heart was broken again
But, it was beautiful in some ironic way
You wouldn't understand
The scenery was barren
But, the building had some character in him
So, I said goodbye to the mark I left
In the ground where I had laid
'Cause I'm sure there is importance
In every single rip, tear and grass stain
